Who we sell to

fix-my-deck (fix-my-deck.com) sells only to businesses: companies, their investor-relations teams and advisers, and self-employed professionals ordering for their work. We do not sell to private consumers. At checkout you confirm that you order for a business. Contact: hello [at] fix-my-deck.com.

What the service does

You upload an investor presentation (PDF or PowerPoint). We redesign it as an editable PowerPoint that keeps the words and numbers of your original. Before you pay you get a free preview of up to five slides. After payment the whole deck is redesigned and delivered on a private page with a slide-by-slide comparison, a fidelity report and the PowerPoint download.

What is checked before a delivery: every word and number of your original is compared with the redesign automatically; anything that comparison cannot match is confirmed by an independent AI review on the finished slides; a deck with an unresolved item is not delivered. Exchange lodgement stamps such as “For personal use only” are not reproduced. Suspected typos in your original are listed, never corrected without your consent.

Price and payment

$29 per deck up to 25 slides, $1 for each slide above, in USD. No VAT is added. You pay by card through Stripe when you order (your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site). Your order starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Your deck is delivered on your private order page, usually within an hour of payment. No emails are sent: everything happens on your order page. The files stay available for 30 days after delivery.

Typo fixes

One revision round is included in the price: you choose which suspected typos to fix, only those are applied, and the whole deck is checked again.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver your deck, you get a full refund. If a word or number in the delivered deck differs from your original, tell us within 14 days of delivery: we correct it or refund the full price. The free preview shows the design before you pay, so a preference for a different design is not a reason for a refund.

Your content

You confirm that you may use the deck you upload. You keep all rights to your content and to the redesigned deck; we use it only to provide the service and never show it to anyone else.

Responsibility

We check every word and number, but please review the deck before you publish or use it. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow a limitation, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Your data

Your file is processed by AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI and OCR running on our own machine. It is never published or used for training. Previews you don't buy are deleted after 7 days; bought decks 30 days after delivery. We count visits without cookies. Details in the privacy notice.

Law and changes

Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. We may update these terms; the version shown when you order applies to that order.
